Breakfast

Breakfast is really becoming our favorite. Mom and "D" introduced us to this cute little place in Boise, "Le Pou Le Roux". They serve a cinnamon roll made into french toast. It is so yummy. Their food is really tasty and best of all, they are priced well below places like IHOP and Denny's.
"D" has been working in Washington for quite a while now. The job market for electricians is really weak in Boise, so my family has been doing the long distance thing for the majority of the year. They handle it so amazingly. Ciege and I complain about just days apart. Every other weekend or so, "D" flys back to town and we try to all get together. It was so nice to see him and chat over some yummy food.
The rest of our weekend was spent just resting. We probably could have gotten more accomplished this weekend...I still have tons of laundry to do. But I can't tell you how great it felt to just sit on the couch with Ciege, play video games, and crunch on some sunflower seeds. I had plenty of cat naps (which I LOVE) and had very little stress this weekend. Bachelor ate a bone and just chilled out next to us. It was much needed rest, but has left me feeling a bit unaccomplished. :) But I'm fully recharged and ready for a busy week at work.
